Representatives from the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development Agency will be in Morrison on April 26 to present a program for local realtors and lenders on single-family housing programs.

According to Kimberly Ewoldsen Executive Director of the Morrison Area Development Corporation, “In talking with local realtors about programs to aid in placing families in homes there is a need to provide more education about the availability of such programs. This workshop will cover the USDA Rural Development Single Family Home Loans guaranteed, Single Family Home Loans, Direct and Single Family repair loans and grants.”
