Whiteside County Economic Development office along with the Illinois Chamber of Commerce and Sauk Valley Community College have teamed up to host two listening sessions on Thursday, July 13th for area small businesses.

IL Senator Tammy Duckworth is a member of the US Senate Committee for Small Business & Entrepreneurship. Earlier this year the committee heard testimony from CEOS and economic development organizations on the state of rural entrepreneurship and growth. This has prompted the County, IL Chamber and Sauk to host a series of its own meetings locally. This is an important opportunity to have your voice heard in Washington.

Please plan to attend one of two sessions on July 13th. The first session is from 10-11:30 at Sauk Valley Community College, Room 1J2 and the second meeting is from 1:30-3:00 at Manny’s Too in Fulton.
